A synthetic medium and
aluminum paste packed separately and supplied in dual container: Thes Two when mixed give the
aluminum paint
USE
As a brilliant,moisture resisting
metallic paint for ferrous and wooden surface after proper
prioming.
Application
The paste and media should be
mixed together .It will be available to add some quality of the
medium to the paste ,and mix it well
so that a thin paste is
formed which could straight away be added to the medium and
stirred keep the mixture not more than 20

BALSON CHEMICAL RESISTANT ENAMEL

Description:
Enamels based on epoxy resins
a curing agent having resistance to alkalies ,acids and other
chemicals. They will with stand
temperature upto 1500C
but beyond 1200CProgressive loss of glass and yellowing
will be noticed . This is a two pack system of
base enamels and
hardener. They are perfectly satisfactory in interior but in
exterior through the chemical resistance will be good.
Slight chalkig tendency will be there.
Use:
For finishing metal wood dry concrete fibre boards etc.. Air Conditioning ,hospital and laundry
equipments etc. where special
resistance to alkalies acids and
chemicals are required will be usefull in sugar and paper
mills,cements and soaps factories,mining
industries marine and
petroleum industries.
Application
The surface should be
absolutely clear and dry enamels 2 parts by volume are mixed . The
mixture are allowed to be stabilize for
10 minutes and then
applied . Application may be either by brush or by spray.
THINNING:
The mixture can be brush as such for
spraying Balsons thinner 4011 ,15% by volume in recommended .

Description

Description
A synthetic stoving type clear
varnish very pale colur, with good gloss hardness ,flow and

Use
As a top coat on stoving enamels to
enhance gloss, or direct on metals for protection can be mixed
with aluminium paste and
sprayed to get aluminum finish.

Description
An acid catalysed synthetic
clear varnish ,which dries fast having good toughness and
adhesions,gives a finish equal to stoving
finishing without stoving.
Use
For finishing wooden furniture radio

tables etc.
Application
Mix clear coat with 10% Balsons clear coat hardner by volume. Allow to stand for 20
minutes spray 3 coats

A paint based on aluminum which can with
stand a temperature upto 2000C.
USE
For printing of the exterior of events,
chimneys gas plants ,boiler .

Not necessary for brushing . The paste and
medium supplied in separate containers have to be mixed before
application . For spray
balsons Thinner 4004 about 10-15% by
volume may be required.

BALSON PAINT VARNISH & LACQUER REMOVER

DESCRIPTION
A mixture of solvents suitably thickned and
aditived added to give maximum paint removing properties.
USE
To remove old paint prior to refinishing.
Application
By brush-apply liberally and
allow to soak and doften old paint ,scrape and repeat application
to remove paint completely.

Does not dry upto 12 hours.

they are intended to be used.
It is always advisable to use thinners
recommended by the manufacturers, as the ultimate performance and
finish obtained depend
onto great extent on the type of thinners
used.
BALSON”S ENAMEL THINNERS

4001
For diluting our Synthetic primer surfacer
this has good cutting power, imparts good flow and as fast release
from primed surface.
This can also be used for synthetic enamels
when they are applied by dipping.
4002
This thinner is for spraying Balson’s
synthetic, enamel and stoving enamels. This makes the film to set
fast without affecting its flow.
4003
This Thinner is used for dilution of Balson’s Synthetic Enamels and Balsons general purpose enamel for
brush applications. This is
also recommended be used with Balsons
red oxide metal primer.
4004
This is used for thinning Balson’s
Synthetic Stoving Enamel. This has also good cutting power,
imparts good flow and gloss.
4008
This Thinner is recommended to dilute
Balson’s B.P.I victory finishes.
4009
This Thinner is used for Balson’s
automotive stoving enamel finish. This has good cutting power,
imparts good flow and good gloss
to finish.

This is recommended for chlorinated Rubber
base paints.

BALSONS LACQUER THINNER

Best thinner for all N.C Products even
under monsoon conditions and has good resistance to blushing upto
75% relative humidity.
4006
This is called retarder thinner. When the
humidity in the atmosphere is mixed with Balson’s thinner 4005.
4007
General purpose lacquer Thinner. This gives
satisfactory performance under normal aparting condition and
weather.
